The Confidante was inspired by my mother. She spent much of her life navigating the challenges of being a military wife and raising 3 children without close friendships or someone she could truly confide in.

Now, after more than 30 years as a flight attendant, I have had the privilege of meeting women from every walk of life. From Africa to Asia, from Europe to the Middle East, and from Central and South America… Behind each warm smile and everyday conversations, I often sensed something deeper… I realized how many women are quietly carrying more than anyone knows… just as my mother did.

The Confidante is a private space where you can say what’s been weighing on you, without judgement, pressure or expectation.

Not everyone is looking for therapy, but everyone needs to feel heard. The Confidante offers emotional wellness support for women through intentional listening and conversation.

No diagnosis. No pressure. Just presence.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Georgia State University, with a focus in Women and Gender Studies, along with a Life Coaching Certificate from the University of Georgia. My work is grounded in understanding people, relationships, and the emotional experiences we carry - especially as women navigating complex, demanding lives.

Then along came Tucker

Tucker, my heart and soul dog. He quietly changed the way I thought about retirement and when my next chapter would begin. He reminded me that the life I wanted after a career of flying was one built around presence, connection, and home. The Confidante became a way to continue caring for others while building that life.

And so my journey has ultimately led me here - to creating a place where women can simply be heard. Because sometimes, we don’t need someone telling us what to do… we just need someone to talk to. Someone willing to listen without judgement, offer perspective when welcomed, and give us the space to say what we really need to say.
